1. Book me a hotel
I love hotels, and I love researching the best in any place. I tend to prefer boutique or historical hotels with a focus on good design, but the main goal is that you have a memorable stay! I will research options, present them and reserve the perfect hotel for you. Booking with me often unlocks exclusive perks. The fee for this service is $100. I’ll also send you a list of recommendations for your destination (restaurants, bars, museums, excursions, etc.)
The price that you pay when I book is always the same or better as if booked directly on the hotels websites. The importance, influence and reputation of this organization gives you access to exceptional services, at the best rates. Examples include upgrades, spa and restaurant credits, private airport transfers etc.
In case you already have the perfect hotel, it can still make sense to book through me – I won’t charge you a fee, but you might still get a better price and the perks.
2. Create my itinerary
I’ve organized everything from honeymoons to skiing trips to an entire birthday party on an island off the coast of Montenegro. I’m pretty sure I can make design an amazing trip for you, too, and to convince you, we’ll start with a free consultation where we can brainstorm together. Once you’re happy to move on, I send you questionnaire. I’ll then research and create a custom-made trip itinerary based on your interests, group size and travel preferences. Apart from the hotels, this can include everything from gallery and museum visits, in-the-know lunch spots, paper making classes, architectural tours, clay pigeon shooting, or a night at the opera.
Once we’ve settled on the perfect itinerary, I will take care of everything. I book the activities, museums, excursions, transfers, restaurants, gondola tours or private chefs. I will put my very large wide network and considerable experience to work to ensure that you’re getting the best out of your trip. The fee for this service is $100 per day planned, or $500 per week.
The fee may vary according to the complexity, destination, size of your group and timing of your trip. A fee may apply in case you need to modify or reschedule your itinerary.
